At Kaplan & Partners, we enjoy having close, professional relationships with our candidates. We all understand the pressures of looking for a new employer—whether you have been unemployed for a while, or are seeking new challenges in a different direction from your current job. Our office works with the best medium-to-large firms and corporations in the Bay Area, and we will pursue every opportunity to find your ideal match.

We will guide you through the process first with an in-person meeting, and then we will consult with you on the formatting of your resume. Once we have arranged interviews for you, we will spend at least an hour in person preparing you for your upcoming interviews. Prior to your interview preparation, we will be assigning you some homework as well… so don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Of course, sometimes the timing isn’t quite right or there are other factors in play. Even then, we’re always happy to provide you with industry insight and guidance, and we are always available to assist you with your career. We love to hear from our candidates, even (and especially) after they have been happily placed!
